Aji Dulce is red. (Capsicum chinense) small, sweet peppers, similar to Habaneros but without sharpness. Pepper has a sweet, spicy taste as highly aromatic fruit; Aji Dulce's aroma is unusual and complex, with the implication of black pepper and coriander and shades of other spicy flavors. The fetus of Aji Dulce is about 6 cm in length, when ripe at the beginning, the green ones then turn red. The maturation period is 90 days. Height 50 cm. Acuity 0 - 50 Scoville.
