Aji Inka is a red drop. Small-fruited grade of pepper Aji, native to the Andes, Peru. Pods about 2-3 cm long with a very fruity aromatic taste, as is typical for all Capsicum Baccatum. Fruits ripen from green to orange to red. The height of the plant is 60 - 70 cm. The maturation period is 90 days. Time for germination of seeds from 10 to 25 days. The variety is slightly spicy with an acuity of 12,000 - 30,000 Scoville.
