Black Pearl. A very pleasant and compact ornamental plant with a dense greenish foliage, when the plant is young and black with a gloss in adulthood. The charmingly shiny black fruits ripen to a deep red color and are very sharp in taste. Peppers can be grown in flower pots. A necessary condition is regular watering with periodic top dressing.
