Jamaican Long Scotch Bonnet

The Jamaican Scotch Bonnet is a long, or Caribbean red pepper, which was bred in Spain at an
agricultural selection station. This variety belongs to Capsicum chinense. Fruits ripen from green to golden yellow. Pods have citrus taste. The size of the fetus is 4-6 cm, long and 3-4 cm wide. Pods are used in sauces and fish dishes. The height of the bush is 80 cm. The maturation period is 80 - 90 days. The acuity is 100,000 - 400,000 Scoville.
